The Hungarian – Macedonian Business Forum and Meeting of Entrepreneurs in Budapest on the 16th of December, 2015 was organized by the Committee for Western-Balkan Relations of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) in cooperation with the MNKH Hungarian National Trading House Cls. and the Macedonian Chamber of Commerce. The program was organized in connection with the Hungarian - Macedonian Joint Economic Committee Meeting with 88 participants.20 NOVEMBER 2015

In connection to Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of Macedonia’s visit to Budapest on 20 November, 2015, the Committee ofWestern-Balkan Relations of theHCCI organized bilateral negotiations with the 9 Hungarian companies recommended by the Macedonian party. During the program Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs Vladimir Peshevski and Minister of Economy Hristijan Delevheld negotiations with the Hungarian companies that were invited.

Business delegation to Tirana
The Committee for Western-Balkan Relations of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) organized a business delegation to Tirana, Albania between the 19th and 21st of May, 2015 in connection with the Hungarian – Albanian Joint Economic Committee session. One of the aims of the Forum, which had been organized in cooperation with the Committee for Western-Balkan Relations, the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Hungarian Embassy in Tirana, was to unlock the business potential for economic actorsof the two countries, the other aim was to present that the reforms, which had been made in the recent past, had an exceptionally good effect on the Albanian business and investment environment.

The Western Balkan Committee (WBC)of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) has been inaugurated
On July 3, 2012, the first meeting – being the inauguration – of the WBC has been conducted with a large number (74) of interested participants. The Committee has pledged its focus to promote Hungarian firms in accessing the Western Balkan market (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia). The presidency of the committee was accepted by Mr. Attila Galambos, managing director of Communautrade-EuropeKft.
