Commercial delegation to Bosnia-Herzegovina
A delegation of 21 members led by Attila Galambos Chairman of the Committee for Western-Balkan Relations of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited Bosnia-Hercegovina between 10-13 June, 2014.
On the 11th of June, 2014, organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia- Herzegovina, a Business Forum and meeting of entrepreneurswas held in Sarajevo.
JózsefPandúr, Hungary’s ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina highlighted that Bosnia-Herzegovina is Hungary’s third export destination in the Western Balkans, furthermore that in the country’s course of trade Hungary takes the 8th place.
In his welcome speech, Ahmet Egrlićpresident of the chamber, spoke about the fact that Hungarian – Bosnian trade relations shall be developed; In the first quarter of 2014 the value of export was 22 million euros, while the value of import had been 80 million euros. Mr.Egrlić added that he hopes that the Business Forum shall contribute to the development of business relations.
Attila Galambos, Chairman of the Committee for Western-Balkan Relations said that the Committee was founded in July 2012 and has 65 members. Concerning the cooperation of bilateral committees he mentioned the signature of the committee cooperation agreement in Budapest in November 2013 and the committee presidency meeting relating thereto, furthermore the Business Forum, which had been organized by the committee in order to introduce Bosnia - Herzegovina. In relation to the floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he indicated that several Hungarian companies have offered their help in both damage assessment and reconstruction, handing over an official letter about this to the Chairman of the committee. Following the forum, 16 Hungarian and 25 Bosnian companies conducted business negotiations.
In the morning of the 12th of June, a Business Forum was held, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Srpska in Banja Luka, in which Mr. Goran Račić, the Chairman of the Banja Luka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, furthermore, dr. Tibor Sült, the foreign trade diplomat of the Hungarian Embassy in Bosnia - Herzegovina took part, offering the help of the embassy to Hungarian companies.
In his speech, AttilaGalambos emphasized the potential in the business relations between the two countries and that the Committee shall help both Hungarian and Bosnian companies, moreover mentioned that regarding the flood several Hungarian companies have offered their support in assessment of damages and also in the reconstruction works.
Following the introduction of the committee, DragicaRistić, international presidentspoke about the favorable investment environment, furthermore about the possibilities in trade, agriculture, food –processing, energy and environmental protection, transportation, ICT industry, wood- and metal industry and tourism.
16 local and 18 Hungarian entrepreneurs took part in the businessman meeting.
On the 12th of June, at the municipality of Kakanj, the city’s mayor NerminMandra welcomed the Hungarian delegation. Following the introductions of 12 local and 14 Hungarian enterprises, the participants were informed about the economy and local investment opportunities of Kakanj and its region, after which bilateral business negotiations were held. As the closing of the program, Hasan Causevic, thepresident of the KakanjPower Plant hosted the members of the delegation.
Üzleti delegáció Bosznia-Hercegovinába
Galambos Attila a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara Nyugat – balkáni Tagozata elnökének vezetésével 21 fős üzleti delegáció látogatott Bosznia – Hercegovinába 2014. június 10-13. között.
2014. június 11-én Szarajevóban került sor gazdasági fórumra és üzletember – találkozóra Bosznia – Hercegovina Külkereskedelmi Kamarájának szervezésében.
Pandúr József, Magyarország bosznia-hercegovinai nagykövete köszöntőjében kiemelte, hogy Bosznia-Hercegovina Magyarország 3. kiviteli célországa a Nyugat-Balkánon, illetve hogy az ország kereskedelmi forgalmában Magyarország a 8. helyet foglalja el.
Ahmet Egrlić, a kamara elnöke köszöntőjében arról beszélt, hogy a bosnyák – magyar kereskedelmi kapcsolatok fejlesztésre szorulnak; 2014. első negyedévében az export értéke 22 millió euró, míg az import értéke 80 millió euró volt. Egrlić úr hozzátette, hogy reméli, hogy az üzleti fórum hozzájárul az üzleti kapcsolatok fejlődéséhez.
Galambos Attila, a Nyugat-balkáni Tagozat elnöke elmondta, hogy a Tagozat 2012 júliusában alakult, jelenleg 65 tagja van. A kétoldalú kamarai együttműködés vonatkozásában megemlítette a 2013 novemberében Budapesten aláírt kamarai együttműködési megállapodást és az ehhez kapcsolódó kamarai elnöki találkozót, valamint a Tagozat által szervezett Bosznia – Hercegovina bemutatását célzó gazdasági fórumot. A bosznia-hercegovinai árvíz kapcsán jelezte, hogy több magyar cég is felajánlotta segítségét a kárfelmérésben és a rekonstrukcióban egyaránt, amelyről egy hivatalos levelet is átadott a kamara elnökének. A fórumot követően 16 magyar és 25 bosnyák cég folytatott üzleti tárgyalásokat.
Június 12-én délelőtt a Boszniai Szerb Köztársaság Kereskedelmi és Iparkamarája szervezésében Banja Lukában került sor üzleti fórumra, melyen részt vett Goran Račić, Banja Luka Kereskedelmi és Iparkamarájának elnöke, valamint dr. Sült Tibor, Magyarország bosznia-hercegovinai nagykövetségének külgazdasági szakdiplomatája, aki felajánlotta a nagykövetség segítségét a magyar cégeknek.
Galambos Attila beszédében kiemelte, hogy van potenciál a két ország gazdasági kapcsolataiban, és hogy a Tagozat szívesen segít mind a magyar, mind a bosnyák cégeknek, illetve megjegyezte, hogy az árvíz kapcsán több magyar cég felajánlotta segítségét a kárfelmérésben és a rekonstrukcióban.
Dragica Ristić, nemzetközi igazgató előadásában a kamara bemutatását követően a kedvező befektetési környezetről, valamint a kereskedelemben, mezőgazdaságban, élelmiszer-feldolgozásban, energia- és környezetvédelemben, közlekedésben, ICT iparban, fa-, és fémiparban, valamint a turizmusban rejlő lehetőségekről beszélt.
Az üzletember-találkozón 16 helyi és 18 magyar vállalkozó vett részt.
Június 12-én délután a Kakanji Önkormányzatnál a város polgármestere, Nermin Mandra fogadta a magyar delegációt. A 12 helyi és 14 magyar cég bemutatkozását követően a résztvevők Kakanj és környéke gazdaságáról, a helyi befektetési lehetőségekről kaptak tájékoztatást, majd kétoldalú üzleti tárgyalásokra került sor. A program zárásaként Hasan Causevic, a Kakanji Hőerőmű igazgatója látta vendégül a delegáció tagjait.
