(CTEU) provides consulting services to the stakeholders of EU or other international support scheme funded projects both on the project beneficiary/contracting authority or on the actual contractor side both in the Balkan region, Central East Europe, Turkey and the former CIS countries.

Beyond that we also assist municipalities or firms from Balkan region to establish and develop financial, trade and tourism connections towards Central East Europe or Western Europe for 20 years. Our references vary from assistance to real estate market development; natural gas and oil trade facilitation; recreation condominium development and acquisition support in the field of banking and finance.
